This is something that was planted as a seed last year, very early on last year, when I had an enforced rest. I was on retreat in India, and I broke my ankle second-to-last day before coming home.

The more we embrace this journey of transformation, the more easily those things will come. We are never stuck. We are never victims. We are always at source of our experience

And that’s what people are looking for, footsteps in the sand to follow until they have the confidence to create their own footsteps. What I’m interested in is a powerful creator you become in that journey.

Sometimes when you’re just trying to be good, you stop yourself from being really great and being in your magnificence.

When we see a new truth, what we need to do is experience the new possibility. We can’t just think about it in our mind, but we have to actually experience it viscerally in our body

Sometimes just because we want or don’t want something is all that the answer needs to be. Just to say, this is working for me, this isn’t working for me.
