I was speaking with a woman this week who is a relatively new member of my tribe. She had been doing work with music for years. The attendees of her shows had major releases, tears, new awarenesses, and came back for more.
She knew the work was healing. She imagined what it would be like to do the work in retreats.
Over the years she’d been gathering an audience of fans. She’d done all kinds of things right in running the business.
Yet she came to the conversation so defeated. Like she just didn’t know how to make this thing work.
She was (is), as they say, three feet from gold.
So many things were LINED UP FOR HER SUCCESS.
Two things were missing:
- She had no idea how to be with her own success.
- She needed to understand the most effective way to market and sell transformation.
That was it.
Old voices from the past told her that her work wasn’t important. That she wasn’t important. (Especially as important as MEN!) So the success that was RIGHT THERE was invisible to her.
And the way people shop for, purchase, and own and embody transformation was new to her. She knew how to create results, but did not yet know how to harness this power into a business.
(Though not necessarily easy).
